Another day to get it together stay on track and move further in our journey to our goals. Lets all join in and follow our plan and succeed together.. Happy one year May babies.. It's been a great journey with much to learn about ourselves, others and the life we are capiable of having. Congrats all on a successful journey to a new healthy and happy you. Vitamins- done Water- working on it Food B- Protein shake - 250 cals 35 pro L- chicken- 200 cals 25 pro D- Chicken BBQ- 300 cals 30 pro S- pretzels 100 cals 2 pro totals- 850 cals 92 protein.. will need to add something today.. Exercise- 40 minutes elliptical calories burned 500, 1 hour step areobics 500 calories burned.. total in 850 total burned 1000. Fasting- no ice cream... i am being good... goal- to stay on track. studing for exam tommorrow so been kind of busy last couple of days.

Vitamins and water: working on it. I really want to increase my water intake but I'm having a hard time doing it! Food: B--1 scrambled egg, 1/2 slice whole wheat toast, 4 strawberries S--Danon Light & Fit yogurt with granola S after gym: 1/2 banana with peanut butter L--1/2 ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat, strawberries S--south beach protein bar D--bacon wrapped chicken (thank you Carla for this recipe! yum!) S--sugar free pudding and 100 calorie pack Exercise: Going to the gym in a few minutes to tan, tan, tan! I cannot wait for my weekly "warm up!" Then I'm going to run for 2 miles. I had a new Spin instructor last night and she worked our gluteals sooooo much that they are a tad sore today! Goal: Tomorrow my gym is launching a new class called Group Kick. It's a kick boxing aerobics class! It sounds so fun and I'm going to attend that launch class. I'm scared like the dickens to go all by myself but I really want to do it! So today I am mentally preparing for it and trying to be kinder to myself today. Trying to get back on track and realize my screw-up yesterday was only human. Today is a new day! Deanna

OK here goes it! Vit: Yes Water: Not enough Food: B: Coffee S: Banana / trail mix L: Baked potato w/ bbq beef brisket S: Triscuits/cheese D: Cheeseburger macaroni 1200 calories - but not good ones! Exercise: Nope Goal: No late night snacking.
