hey all, I have been thinking reading ya'lls post. I have had a lot of post op pain and I have fibromyalgia. I thought the pain was from that, but it seems to get worse. I have been to the doc and the surgeon with questions about this and have been on all sorts of drugs. I am starting to wonder if it has something to do with my breasts being deflated. I had large breasts and now they are like socks with oranges stuffed way down. I have great bras, but don't wear them at night and the evening. My pain is from my neck all the way down my back. I was just thinking about it after seeing the update on "the girls" I just don't know how to approach the subject with my primary doctor. I would be awfully embaraced to show him the girls. I got my first swimsuit of the season...it's my favorite form of exercise and I can't wait to get out and swim. However, does anyone notice the weird "thigh sag"?? My legs look great these days in the popular skirt and dress length just a tad below the knee. But, put a bathing suit on and bare those thighs even my husband was surprised that that's how they turned out. How do we work on this???????? Rachael

I don't know about these things, but to me it definitely sounds like it could be your girls. If they are investigating, it must be better to brave your shyness rather than keep being on all these different drugs from the doc. Plus, it could mean you get them done on insurance. I too have that weird thigh issue. I used to wear a swimming costume at my former weight, but won't now as I think they look so horrid!! I know there is a thigh lift available, but is pretty major surgery from what I hear. So I'll stick to my long skirts that I'm used to for covering up.

Rachael, That is exactly the same pain I was feeling in my back before my breast reduction/lift. I will tell you.....it goes way after the surgery. My back feels so much better. I still have the low back pain but that is from the tummy. The upper back and neck pain is gone though. You may want to talk to your doctor about it. Don't be ashamed to show him either. You need this done to feel healthy. Good luck and wish you the best. Kel

Alas I have no girls to speak of.. but it sounds like that is what your problem is. Go show you doc so you can get it taken care of.. you may get it covered under your insurance.. I hear a lot of horror stories about thigh lifts and I dont want to do one.. there are to many nerves and lodes in the area that can be damaged and I hear about some of the things ppl experience. I am hoping my sag deminishes enough so I dont have to go there..

sh*t rachy how could you NOT notice my thigh sag, i look like a freakin' shar pei puppy! I started going to the primary doctor and i just put it out there...said right to him...my meat sacks are killing my back and spine, he dang near choked on his own spit. Thankfully we have the kind of relationship where he recovers quick. ANDI
