Hi Kel I just posted a reply on the other threat - looking good! Thanks for being brave - it's helpful to see what the difference is (for future reference for myself!)

Thank you Ruthie. You are certainly an inspiration to all of us with your kind words and well wishes. It has been such an amazing year and the next year will be icing on the cake for sure. I am looking so forward to August when I can have this tummy tuck done. I am healthier and so much happier now. I am living now instead of just existing, which in itself is amazing. We have all come so far in this journey and we will make it, each and every one of us. WE CAN DO IT!!!! Kel

Kelly, what an amazing difference! You must feel an awesome sense of relief, huh? I'm so glad you posted these because I am hoping to have this done one day. My insurance is iron-tight against paying for any plastic surgery so I will have to save my money! Either that or win the lottery! Ha, ha! Anyway, I'm so happy for you because I can only imagine what a great relief that must be! Deanna

Yes it is a big relief. Try finding out from your insurance about reconstructive surgery that is medically necessary. This is not plastic surgery just because it is done by a plastic surgeon. It is reconstructive due to medical problems caused by the excess skin or skin and tissue. Kel
