Pre-Breakfast: 20 ounces of decaf, diet iced tea Breakfast: 2 cheese sticks Snack: 24 ounces of decaf iced coffee Gym: 24 ounces of water Lunch: the insides of a half a vegetarian panera sandwhich, 3-4 spoons of new england clam chowder and a kids size sugar free vanilla ice cream with roasted almonds from Stone Cold Creamery (holy guacamole batman that was ******ic) Snack: 3 ounces of decaf, diet iced tea and a half of a garlic sour pickle dinner: roasted chicken, butternut squash, (gravy, stuffing for the other members of my family) Snack: ? not sure if i can eat I'm not sure how much of dinner i can eat but i'm going to see what i can do! Vitamins: Done Fluids: DONE!!!!! i might be a little light on the protein but that will be rectified after din-din!

Hi Andi! Thanks for posting this! I almost felt lost without it! Food: B--leftover crustless quiche, 4 strawberries L--small salad with kidney beans (we went out to lunch at a buffet and there was NOTHING even remotely healthy on the buffet. I opted for salad and the only protein was beans! It was nasty so I hardly ate anything!) I came home and ate half a slice of whole wheat toast with peanut butter S--Danon Light & Fit yogurt, 100 calorie protein bar D--leftover crustless quiche, strawberries S--sugar free pudding cup and south beach cookies Exercise: I'm going to attempt to run for 4 straight miles on the treadmill tonight. not been too bad last 2 days. went out for pizza tonight. lovely, as I don't have it very often now at all. I had tuna with anchovies and could only eat half of it. It really cheered me up as it helped me realise that I can only eat less than I used to which I was beginning to wonder about. Also we didnt' have lunch as no one was hungry! Unusual for me - I am a clock watcher eater. Also I was going to order some cheesecake to bring homej and eat later this evening, then changed my mind aqnd decided not to - yay for me, a big positive. Exercise - none today, yesterday walked 2 miles I've been low on protein but have found my eating has been better. The protein drinks were really uppign my calories, so I'd try to eat less and end up craving more!!! So I tried cutting out the drinks and eating more - so am more full, eating less between meals but am down on protein Feeling yucky as I have a head cold Poor old me
