You're right - it is cool! Did you design it yourself or get it from somewhere?

home made: it is a simple chart, you can use excel or open office (i use) to make them. I just made two columns, one has the date and the other has the weight for that week and then I tracked it for the last 60 weeks.

Yeah but the picture makes it cool. And how did you get a link to it?

I made a screen capture of the chart from excel spreadsheet and saved it as a jpg image file and then uploaded it to my blog, then I can link to it. kat

Kat, You and I started at the same weight and are about the same weight now. I am at 143 but I am no where near a size 3, the smallest I have gotten into is an 8 but you must be way taller than me . I am only 5' 2" tall. You have done great. Thanks for sharing the chart.

okay, sizes are just wierd: in my closet I have Ladies size 4.. that is in the ladies department, not the womens and not the misses or the juniors then I have clothes from Kohls that have Misses and Juniors.. Misses is a size 8 and Juniors is size 3... it is just WIERD how they do it. because if I try on a shirt.. it is a size 11/12 unless I am over in some other department and then it is a size 5.. unless it is an LEI and then it is a size 7 Nine & Co: Nine West is a size 4 pants are too baggy, but size 6 skirt is too tight..
