On Track Team
Good morning all.. Well I will be leaving on my camping trip tonight... yippie.. I cant wait. Had a bad night last night though. I took my iron like I always do before I head off to bed and it didnt land well in the little pouch. I was up til 3 am with chest pains.. yikes.. this morning still not feeling wonderful but at least the pain is less. I hate when that happens. Oh well... such as life with the wls person. I will survive. Tired today but to much to do to let it stop me. So lets get started.
Vitamins- I will wait til I get home to take them.. give my pouch time to recover from last night.
Food-
B- protein drink 250 cals 35 pro
L- Smoothie 250 cals 40 protein.. avoiding food right now.
D- Chicken and steak shish kabobs 300 cals 30 protein
S- pretzels 100 cals 2 pro
900 cals total 107 protein
Exercise- ellipitical machine 40 minutes estimated calories burned 500
superset arms, back and chest estimated calories burned 300
Total calories in 900 total calories burned 800.
Goal- relax and feel better.. gonna drink most of the day in hopes of getting that pill down.
Fasting food- no ice cream.. doing good in that area.

B--1/2 slice whole wheat toast with peanut butter, sugar free hot cocoa with skim milk
S--Danon Light & Fit yogurt with sprinkle of low fat granola
L--leftover bacon wrapped chicken, strawberries
S--Special K Protein Plus cereal with skim milk
D--crustless quiche, strawberries
S--sugar free pudding and south beach cookies
Exercise:
Going to gym today ... will do full body strength training and 40 minutes on the elliptical.
Other:
Last night I made the mistake of eating a few bites of white cake ... I have never had a problem eating a few bites before but last night my stomach was in knots and making all sorts of awful sounds. This morning my stomach is all cramped up and it feels awful! No more white cake for me!
Carla: I made your bacon wrapped chicken recipe last night and it's the most amazing recipe I've ever tried! Thank you! Honestly, I have never tasted such a wonderful chicken recipe! The only thing I did differently was that I used minced garlic instead of garlic powder. YUMMY! I will be making it again soon!

well I have been good with my vitamins this week, not so good with water and no real excercise.... after I get back from my trip I will be walking in the afternoon with two people who have stores next to mine, so that will help.
