On Track Team
Ok guys where are you.. lets get busy. You've let Monday go by so its time to get back on track.. here we go.
Vitamins- done
Water- doing better at this
Food
B- protein drink 250 cals 35 pro
L- Chicken fajitas- 200 cals 25 pro
D- Steakum's with cheese- 250 cals 30 pro
S- pretzels 100 cals 2 pro
Exercise- Not sure today. got another busy day so I will try and get in some elliptical and supersets during lunch.
Fasting food- NO ICE CREAM... I am thinking about it though..
Goal- to get motivated at work.. just not there.. to much going on in rl to think about work.. camping trip has got me all excited..lol
I stuck to my eating plan so good yesterday and I felt great! My spin class went really well too ... all really good music and I was pumping so hard that I was completely drenched with sweat. I felt so alive!
Food today:
B--leftover creamed chicken
S--Danon Light & Fit yogurt with a sprinkle of granola, 1/2 banana
L--1/2 whole wheat pita with ham and cheese, strawberries
S--3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus cereal with milk
D--mozarella stuffed meatballs, salad
S--sugar free pudding cup and south beach cookies
Exercise:
I already went to the gym and tanned. Ahhh, that feels so good! Then I did lower body strength training for 30 minutes. Then I ran on the treadmill for 3.0 miles and then walked for 1 mile to cool down. I felt so great after all this ... it's amazing to get that exercise high that you always hear about!
I went grocery shopping on the way home just to buy strawberries because I'm LOVING them lately!
