For lunch I'm making a ham and cheese pita sandwich. I take half a whole wheat pita and squirt some light Ranch dressing into it and spread it around. Then I stuff some ham in there and some shredded cheese. Then I toast it in the toaster oven until the cheese is melty. Yum! For dinner I'm making Creamed Chicken ... it's a recipe I made up! I serve it with toasted english muffins for the family. Kind of a "sh*t on a shingle" sort of thing but it's yummy! CREAMED CHICKEN In a skillet, brown diced up onion in some oil. Add 1/4 cup Bisquick, 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup, and 1 1/2 cups milk. Stir until mixed up and let boil for a couple of minutes. Add 1 large can of chicken breast and some frozen peas. Cover skillet and let heat through.

ok honey poop on a shingle made me hysterical laughing! For some odd reason i got a chicken breast on a salad for lunch today and felt compelled to eat the whole thing. Now i've got a rumble in ma jungle th at is not a good thing....something in me tells me this chicken breast and salad will be making a return trip shortly and that's too yucky.ANDI
