Sunday.. I love the weekend.. the sun is out and gonna play with RV all day again. Vitamins- opps gotta go take them Water- working on it Food B-Mexican scramble.. yummy.. 200 cals 15 pro S- protein drink- 250 cals 35 pro L- Chicken and cheese- 250 cals 25 protein D- Chicken parmagen 250 cals 30 pro. S- pretzels 100 cals 4 pro Total- 1150 cals 104 pro Exercise- working around house. Fasting- No ice cream Goal- to have a good day and stay on track.

Vitamins and supplements done Water....80 oz so far B-protein shake with skim milk L-1/2 BLT D-1/4 c barilla protein pasta meatballs and sauce S-popcorn Total cal 875 protein 96 gr exercise-working around house and taking Gadget for a walk Goal-Just remain with my eye on the prize.
