Well good Saturday morning everyone. It's grandma's day but riding isnt in our future.. It's a rainy day in So. Cal. I will be taking over my spagetti and making a late lunch/dinner at her place so we will have to find indoor things to do. Hope you all have a great weekend. Vitamins- opps gotta go take them.. Water- taking it with me.. determined to get it in today Food B- cream cheese and ham egg omelet. 250 cals 15 pro S- Protein drink- 250 cals 35 pro L- spagetti just the sauce 200 cals 15 pro D- Chicken 200 cals 20 pro S- pretzels 100 cals 2 pro Exercise- will do them at home today.. leg and ab work. finally feeling good and ready to get busy again. Fasting food- no ice cream.. not so bothered by it anymore Goal- stay warm.. I am freezing.. stay on track.

OMG!!! I got up to freaking early today....woke up at 415 for some bizarre reason.
