On Track Team
Well good Saturday morning everyone. It's grandma's day but riding isnt in our future.. It's a rainy day in So. Cal. I will be taking over my spagetti and making a late lunch/dinner at her place so we will have to find indoor things to do. Hope you all have a great weekend.

Exercise- will do them at home today.. leg and ab work. finally feeling good and ready to get busy again.
Fasting food- no ice cream.. not so bothered by it anymore
Goal- stay warm.. I am freezing.. stay on track.
