On Track Team
Oh.. I am just not having a good week. My body just wont do the exercises. Yesterday I was so tired and had no energy. I am feeling better today. It take a couple days to get back after that treatment. Gonna try to go to the gym and do some light workout and see how I do..
Lets get on track all... I need it big time as I am just a mess this week.
Vitamins= done
Water- working on it.
Food
B- protein shake - 250 cals-35 pro
L- Chicken 200 cals- 25 pro
D- Chicken and veggies- 250 cals- 30 pro
S- pretzels 100 cals 2 pro
Exercise- Light work out at gym. Trying to get back into it.
Fast- no ice cream yeah.
Goal- to feel better and start my exercise again.

B-2 oz shaved ham
Dannon lite and fit yogurt 22 g protein
L-2 oz shaved ham 1 slice weigh****chers bread 19 g protein
D- 4 oz pork tenderloin, 1/4 c mashed potatoes, 1/4 c sweet peas 1 tbls gravy 35 g protein
S-popcorn 1 g protein
722 cal/77 g protein
NOT a good day for me. I ate out of triedness and frustration which is never a good thing.
B - Protein shake
S - 2 cookies
S - 1 cookie
S - 100 cal pack chips
S - 100 cal pack fruit bites
S - ANOTHER cookie (aghhhhhhhhhhhh)
D - 1/2 tuna wrap (finally had something good for me)
Oh I'm gonna pay for this on the scale - so I'm not going on them for a whole week!! My mother used to say "What the eye doesn't see, the heart doesn't grieve over" so if I don't se the scale going up or down I won't fuss over it (well til next Friday anyway )
Exercise - at least I walked 3 miles today - that's gotta count for something right?
Fasting - cookies not good, but NO SWEET CANDY, which I"m really pleased about coz I wanted it bad. So there is some good to this day after all.
