Hello everyone. Hope you've had a good week Start Weight ~ 266 Last Week ~ 180 This Week ~ 184 !!!!! Yes you read that right. Somehow my crazy body has gained 4 pounds over the past week. I have NO IDEA what is going on. So I'm back to be obese again ***sigh***

Thank you honey but a true WooHoo goes out to you for putting down that you are bouncing and that you've gained weight. If you'll notice, I don't post to this alot, I don't want everyone to know I'm not losing NOR do i want advice, helpful hints and cheerful reminders from those at goal. Please don't get me wrong, I don't begrudge anyone getting to goal but you can bet your bippy i'm jealous as a she dog! I sit here eating an egg, ham and swiss cheese, i've eaten the whole thing but i have left the bread over,.... i know i can eat alot, perhaps more then other people but so be it, i'll make this work and so will you. ANDI

Ha ha...this is the first week I've been honest enough to put that I've gained weight. Other weeks I haven't put 'last week's weight', and havent' said whether I'd gained or lost & was decidedly vague!! This week I decided it was time to come out of the closet, coz if I"m struggling and bouncing then maybe others are too and none of us want to admit it and think we are the only one. So if I come out, maybe it has helped others??? Andi, I just love you and the way you put things - You're not the only jealous one babe.

It's been a bad week for me. havent been exercising like I am suppose to.. and the scale is going the wrong way Last week 133 This week 135 Gain 2 pounds 264/133/135 I need to get back to the gym again. The remecade is starting to work so I will try to do it today. Grats guys on all your success.. way to go Andi in loosing a couple.. luv ya all. I'm right there on the bounce thing Ruth. Been going up and down for the last 3 weeks. it is so frustrating.

Hi Ruth, You sound so much like me!! I gained 4 pound last week and I did get them all off this week,but I just have been so discouraged! I feel like I am getting FAT again and I am SO hungary ALL the time! I just don't know whats going on!! I am at 191..I hit 199 at Christmas and have not moved very far since!! I believe I am stuck here for the duration!!! Karen

Yep, it sounds like we are going through the same thing. I had major fed up time last night thinking this is it, I"m stuck here for good, no normal BMI for me BUT...we'll stick with it, and keep going. Dont' worry Karen, we'll get there eventuallhy, even if we do have to fight with our bodies tooth and nail to get those pounds off. At least we have moved, albeit a very small amount since Christmas, and we havent' gone back up to what we were before WLS. Not sure what I'm going to do to change it, but we'll get over this bridge.

Starting weight-363.5 Last week-178 This week-175 Loss this week-3 lbs Total loss-188.5 My weight goes up and down ever week. Because of my cor pulmonale which has symptoms similar to congestive heart failure my weight can go up and down as much at 15 to 20 lbs in a week because of the fluid retention. I know this is hard to digest but sometimes a small weight gain is due to excess fluid. If you are doing everything right don't sweat it. I used to get so discouraged in the beginning when I would not lose or I would gain a pound or two however due to my cor pulmonale I don't worry about it anymore I know it's not me doing something wrong it's just my body doing its thing.
