Vitamins and water: working on it Food: B--leftover creamed chicken, 1/2 english muffin L--1/2 slice thin crust pepperoni pizza, 4 strawberries, 1/2 cup fat free frozen yogurt S--Danon Light & Fit yogurt, a few Sun Chips, 4 strawberries D--hamburger patties (made with ground turkey), mashed potatoes, green beans S--oatmeal cookie Exercise: I already went to the gym and tanned. What a glorious 10 minutes! Then I did the ellpitical for 30 minutes, ran for 2 miles, and walked for 1 mile. Goal: Get this house cleaned up so the outlaws (I mean inlaws) can come visit for the weekend. Deanna
