I am making Cheesy Chicken in a crock pot.. cant remember if someone said this before but heres the recipe. Cheesy Crockpot Chicken 2 lbs of boneless chicken breast halves 2 10 oz condensed cream of chicken soup 1 10 oz condense cheese soup-- cheddar 1/4 tsp garlic powder Place the breast in the crockpot. Mix the undiluted soups together with garlic powder and pour over chicken. cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender. serve over cooked cauliflower, noodles or rice. So I found this protein fudge recipe if you all want to try it.. it sounds so good.. Fudge Walnut Bars (low carb/high protein) 1 1/3 cups of chocolate protein powder- I use isopure rich chocolate. 1/2 cup butter 4 oz cream cheese 1/2 cup walnuts (optional or preference) 1/4 cup splenda Melt butter and cream cheese. Mix in protein and splenda. This will be stiff and hard to stir (knead with clean hands if needed.) Add walnuts and mix again. place in greased bread pan. sprinkle with additional nuts if desired and cool. Cut into eight serviging sizes. I figured out the cals of this for my protein mix.. The total cals per servicing is 147 with out the protein so if you add your protein in to that figure you will know how much it is for you.. For me they are 257 cals and 38 protein. Think I will make some of these and try them out.
