I need more food then you guys or else i'm not doing well and I've figured out why!
B'fast: 7 ounces of tilapia which is 180 calories and 42 g protein
Snack: (2) cheese sticks and a serving of almonds 290 cal and 24 g protein
Lunch:
Dinner:
Snack:
Vitamins: left them hope will take later
Fluids: I need to make this happen i'm doing pretty poorly but i want to do the minimum of 64 ounces!
this is kind of how i work my lunches.. i buy a bunch of chicken and meat.. marinate it.. cut into portion sizes.. let it set in the fridge for a day than take it to work and freeze it in my fridge. each day i take out what i want and cook it on the george foreman i have at work.. i also have frozen veggies and other things there so I can make my lunch everyday without to much trouble.. dinner is always cooked with someting to it.. so the protein content goes up a bit more as well as the calories.. seems to work for me.
