I need more food then you guys or else i'm not doing well and I've figured out why! B'fast: 7 ounces of tilapia which is 180 calories and 42 g protein Snack: (2) cheese sticks and a serving of almonds 290 cal and 24 g protein Lunch: Dinner: Snack: Vitamins: left them hope will take later Fluids: I need to make this happen i'm doing pretty poorly but i want to do the minimum of 64 ounces!

I just had cottage cheese and cucumber salad with jalapenos for lunch, i'm not sure how much i had but it said .58 on the scale....i should have taken the cottage cheese seperately so i'd know how many ounces I had but at least i had proteins! ANDI

Lunch: cottage cheese with cucumber salad and jalapenos! Snack: (2) cheese sticks dinner: cabbage slaw and 1/2 of a hamburger snack: ? i've done without sugar and carbs and its' not so bad. ANDI

this is kind of how i work my lunches.. i buy a bunch of chicken and meat.. marinate it.. cut into portion sizes.. let it set in the fridge for a day than take it to work and freeze it in my fridge. each day i take out what i want and cook it on the george foreman i have at work.. i also have frozen veggies and other things there so I can make my lunch everyday without to much trouble.. dinner is always cooked with someting to it.. so the protein content goes up a bit more as well as the calories.. seems to work for me.

Here's how my day went: B - 2 cups of tea S - 1 slice of salami, 1 small bite of sausage L - protein Shake S - 100 cal pack snack-a-jacks D - 4 small stuffed meatballs & tomato sauce with 1oz spaghetti & melted cheese on top S - 1oz frozen yoghurt

mmmmmmm frogurt is my favorite! I've been eating really well today, i'm a bit surprised at myself but now i've got to get the portions under control AND the fluids down. I still can't eat spaghetti but i do miss it, it just leaves me feeling rather ewwy so i don't bother with it. Hugs, ANDI

lets see yesterday I had B= protein coffee L= salad with grilled chicken s=cheese and nuts D= mexican not enough water in and I need to work on getting more in.... no excercise
