Hi Carla, Vitamins-done Water- still working on it Food B-Protein Drink 300 cal 54 grams of pro S- String Cheese 80cal 7 grams of pro L- Beef Taco 1/2 shell 200 cal 7 grams of pro D- Pork and string beans cal ??? Exercise done 1 hour and 20 min cardio completed 5 miles on the treadmill and elliptical. Fasting food-None Goal- Just keep moving.

5 miles ok, when are you running a race!!!!! 5 miles and they would have to scrape me off the treadmill...........LOL

Never running isn't my thing. Most of the miles I do is on the elliptical not the treadmill. My knee can't take that much on time on the treadmill.

Vitamins and water: working on it Food: B--1 scrambled egg, 1/2 slice whole wheat toast, 5 strawberries S--Danon Light & Fit yogurt L--1/2 ham and cheese sandwich, strawberries S--protein bar D--tacos S--sugar free pudding cup and south beach cookies Exercise: Taking today off ... I've been sicko! I need to start back up tomorrow for sure though. Fasting goal: I've gone without candy for a week now! Woo hoo! Deanna

how is it working that you are having 200 calories worth of chicken for lunch at 30g of protein and then 300 calories worth of chicken at dinner and it's the same 30 g of protein, shouldn't that go up exponentially with the amount you are eating? See i AM thinking today. ANDI

YOu have to add the cheese and bacon from the chicken meal I am cooking tonight and i will have a couple veggies.. increases cals and protein.. lunch is a piece of marinated chicken with nothing else on it.. thigh portion.. lower in cals as its just chicken

actually i think dinner protein will be higher than 30 add cheese and bacon.. maybe 45.. didnt do spark people yet so I am ball parking it. lunch I should of said 25.. dont know why i did that.. so there is the difference on the proteins i have
