Somehow I just knew you would! This little lamb will hang in there as long as you'll make the journey with me! I can't move up my blood work, it's such an extensive panel that I'm starting to have trouble making my insurance company pay for it. I take one vitamin B tablet do you think i need to take another, i really need to remember my B-12 under the tongue pill cause i don't even have an idea where that is! Hugs, ANDI
I was never taking my sublingual at all.. i started taking once a week and some a small improvement.. when I really noticed I wasnt as tired as I have been was when I started doing the Vit B every day. the directions say you can take them daily so why not.. i get them from gnc. Honestly.. I do feel much better and not tired like I was.. I really was falling asleep every day in my chair at work for a couple hours.. i just couldnt help myself. Now I feel pretty darn good and wide awake at work.. I think it made a big difference in how I feel..

ok here goes:
B'fast: 1 1/2 slices of french toast with splenda
Snack: 1/4-1/2 cup of Apple Jacks Cereal
Lunch: 3/4 of a small Wendy's Chili with cheese and raw onion
Snack 2: 2 free samples of coffee cake from BJ's club...man was that good
Dinner: it's wing night for the family (baked not fried!) and i think i'm going to have tilapia and cabbage slaw but i could probably pop a wing down as well!
Snack 3: will be popcorn as it IS movie night in my house!
Fluids: i suck at this, but at least i'm working on it! (32 ounces in and 32 to go, yeah right)
Vitamins: done deal
Exercise: the road to hell is paved with good intentions. I took today off of work because last night was the ball and i knew i was going to eat less healthy so i was going to a body sculpting class! The kids are home from school today for flood stuff and that kaboshed that idea. I could go tonight but my head is throbbing like something out of the Flintstones! ANDI

L-Pasta Fagioli 1 cup
S-Protein shake with 8 oz skim milk
D-Boiled dinner...2 oz ham, 1/2 c potatoes, 1/2 c cabbage
S-1/2 c splenda sweetened fruit ****tail
775 cal and 75 gr protein
