Can you say blow it.. that was me this weekend.. I was on snack patrol all day yesterday.. Totally out of control... so I need to get back on track.. we all ready to join in.. come on lets get back on track this week. Vitamins- opps forgot them.. will take them when I get home. Water- sucked at this yesterday so I will need to improve on it today.. working on it now. Food B- Protein shake 250 cals 35 pro S- Oatmeal 150 cals 4 pro L- Chicken thigh marrinated in lemon herbs- 150 cals 22 pro D- Chicken Fajitas 200 cals 25 pro S- petzels 100 cals 2 pro Totals 850 calories and 88 protein Gonna add a snack in there to bring it up but dont know when I will do that. Exercise- Meeting with trainer today, pilates class, step areobics class and elliptical 40 minutes. I always feel like I need to kick in my exercise on Monday cause I dont do any on the weekends.. Fasting- no ice cream but I want some.. grrr...lol Goal- TO STAY ON TRACK TODAY. I need to stop the maddness of eating all day..

Good morning Carla, I am going to join the on track team so here is what has happen to me today so far. Vitamins- done water- working on it Food B- Protein shake 300 cals 54 grams protien S- Boiled egg and half of bannana 150 7 grams of protien L- Beef taco little of the shell but not the whole thing 200 pro??? D- Pork roast 3oz with green beans 250 15 grams protien S- Protien Crisp 110 6.5 grams of pro Total 1010 total protien total about 92 grams. I to might add in something else if I need to more than likely it will be some fruit. Exercise-done - Hit the gym at 5 am worked out for 1 hour and 20 min. broke down 65 min on elliptical trainer and 15 min on the treadmill. Completed 5.2 miles today. Total calories burned 1120. Fasting-Nope not for me. Goal- to get under300 only 4 pounds to go I hope to make it this week.

I am soooooo sick today. I'm not sure if it's a mixture of having a cold and being tired from running yesterday or what. But I'm dizzy ... very dizzy. I can barely get my fingers to type because I feel so weak! What the heck is wrong? I tried eating breakfast and it made me gag. I'm debating on whether or not to call my husband and have him come home to take care of the kids. I hate to do that but I feel like I'm not functioning very well! My goal for today is just to get my water in. Seeing how my stomach isn't tolerating food today, I'll be lucky to get something in to eat. But I need my water so that is my goal. Fasting goal: no candy ... couldn't eat it today even if I tried! Deanna

Vitamins - so far so good Fluids - working on it Food B - 10 oz of coffee / 2 oz 2% milk L - 11:30 - chicken bacon ranch wrap from a local coffee shop (this is soooo good. It is made with a large flour tortilla and loaded with cheese and chicken and has 2 strips of bacon and ranch dressing. I'm working on 1/2 of it now (300 cals 21 g protein?? this is a guess) S - 4:00 - protein chips (110cal and 7g pro) D - not really sure But I'll be sure to eat protein first I plan to have a protein bullet before bed (170 cals and 42g protein) This leaves me 400 calories for dinner so I will hopefully be under on calories today (my range right now is 800 - 1000 and I'm aiming for the 800ish range). Sadly, I know exactly how that feels, so don't you think you are the only one with a ticket on that bus! I wish I had answers, if I did I'd be a millionaire. I also wish we got our heads fixed at the same time as our stomachs. I can see why they call the first 6 months a honeymoon period as I didn't want to eat like I do now. Hang in there little lamb, it's been a long journey and may be a little while longer yet (do your kids ask 'are we nearly there yet' on road trips like mine does?) That's what it feels like at the moment for me, does it for you - are we nearly there yet, this journey seems to be going on too long, I want to be there already. We'll get there. If you are tired, and your body wants to eat, maybe you are lacking something. Can you bring your appointment for blood work sooner? I've started taking additional vitamin B on top of my multivitamin as Carla said it helps with feeling tired. Maybe that would help you? I think there is a number of us on this board feeling tired lately - is an annual thing you think???
