On Track Team
Sunday.. happy Sunday all. It rained all night here but is clearing up really nicely. We'll be outside working on RV some more.. and relaxing around the house. I get rid of another kid today so I will only have Bob and Angie my oldest for the week. That will be nice.. so lets see how we are doing at staying on track.
Vitamins- gonna take them now.. opps
Water- Working on it.. been doing good in this area.
Food
B- Cottage cheese scrambled eggs - 250 cals- 20 protein.
L- Chicken salad 200 cals- 20 pro
D- Chicken and steak (didnt eat this last night so we are bbqing tonight). 300 cals 30 pro
S- pretzels 100 cals 4 pro
850 cals 74 pro.. will probably have another snack just dont know what.. probably a protein drink to get them both up for the day.. giving me 1050 cals and 94 protein
Exercise- my off day.. just doing stuff around the house.
Fasting goal- still no ice cream.. went out for dinner last night and the sf ice cream machine was broke.. good thing or would have had some... bad I know..
Goal- stay on track. I kind of blew it yesterday snacking a bit.. hard when i am home all day.. to much stuff around to just stick in my mouth..

hope you don't mind me asking - what quantities of food /serving size do you eat? EG for dinner how much chicken & steak will you have?
I've done ok this weekend. Fasting going well and I feel like I've broken the snack/sugar monster which is a great feeling.
I always forget vitamins at the weekends tho, so I'll take those now. Doe sit make a difference as to when we take them in the day does anyone know?
I can eat between 4 to 6 oz's depending on what I am eating.. if its really dense less. I can only eat a small piece of steak maybe 2 oz and 2 oz of chicken. chicken goes down ok for me. i will have 2 bites of the beans and I usually have maybe and oz of the corn.. I will be so full with that much I wont be able to move I am sure.. its probably a little less on all but those are approximates of what i can eat.
Now soup.. i can eat that pretty well and need to watch it cause i can keep going.. as well as chilli.. it goes through so quick. i do take a long time to eat cause i chew chew chew.. i hate when I forget and it makes me sick.. so i always try to remember to do that.
