So this morning I made french toast for the family and made myself this new recipe called mock french toast for me.. it really does taste just like french toast yummy. Full of protein and healthy for you.. here's the recipe.
1/2 cup crushed pork rinds
2 eggs
1-2 tablespoons of cream.. i used milk
2 packs of splenda
shake in some cinnamon
cook like pancakes.
dump pork rinds and eggs together and mix.. let sit for a few minutes so pork rinds get gloppy. Add other ingredents. sprinkle with splenda and cinnamon. use sf syrup or sf jelly to preference..

tonight I am cooking polo chicken.. it is a season I buy on line.. it is the best seasoning I have ever found.. Stater Brothers does carry it but they run out all the time.. I can provide the on line web site if you want to try it...
Orange juice add seasoning.. marinate chicken for at least 2 hours I do this over night.. I cook this on my George Foreman or the bbq.. so good.. We are having corn and beans as well.. I make a steak and split it amoung the kids and myself just to have a different flavor.. I love steak but cant eat to much.
I'm not cookin tonight but here's a recipe for margarita chicken
6 boneless chiken beast
2 shots of tequila
2 shots of triple sec
2 whole limes sliced
1 orange thinly slice
1 large onion sliced
2 tbs margarita salt
marinate in plastic bag over night or a few hours
then place in baking dish or in foil packet on the grill and cook till your chicken is done .
