I just got home from my post op visit to the plastic surgeon. The girls are healing just fine. He said I can start massaging them next week. I guess that will be my thrill for the week. HEHEHE I asked him how much skin and tissue he removed and it totaled almost 5 lbs. Kel

Glad to hear everything is going well. Are they still swollen? How do they look now? Do you still need to wear a bra now? Sorry for all the questions - I'm very interested. If I ever get mine done, I'll have to enlist the'help' of my hubbie hee hee

They are still alittle swollen...more so in the evening after being up all day. They look smaller than they used to be thats for sure but sooooooooo perky. They are still rather full. Yes I need to wear a sports bra 24/7 it helps to shape them. It is such a relief to my back. Now my lower back hurts because of the extra tummy skin. That surgery should be in August. I am looking forward to having it done too....since I got the girls reduced my belly looks 8 times bigger than before. YUCK! But soon that will gone too. Kel

That is good news, I can't belive he took almost 5lbs off of skin and tissue. Wow. I have a TT and BL scheduled for June 4th but my employer is giving me a hard time about the time of the year, so I may hold off until September. I also wanted to get a little more weight off before I had it done and that just isn't happening as fast as I want it too. By the way, are you able to collect disabiltiy while you are out of work for the plastic surgery? I was wondering because mine is medically necessary according to insurance company and was hoping that disability will pay. Amy

I am disabled so I do not go to work. Sorry can't help you in that area. Maybe you should visit the plastic surgery forum. Kel

Wow, that must be such a relief to have 5 pounds gone from your chest! I imagine I'd have a lot more than that removed, since mine are bigger than yours. I can't imagine how much more free I'd feel! I bet you are just so tickled! It will be fun for you to shop for new cute bras! Deanna

Yes I still have 3 more weeks before I can go get measured and fitted but looking very forward to it. I will be glad when some of the soreness is gone so I can start the massaging of them to get them shaped. Right now they feel like they are sitting right at the top of my chest. I also asked and I can start working out a little bit starting next week. I miss going to the gym. Kel
