Hey Ruth.. gonna be gone most of the day so I posted this for you since you havent done it. yet.. How did we all do this week. I reduced my calories and dropped a few pounds.. so lets get it started.. Last week 237 (i gained two pounds) This week 233 (lost the two pounds I gained) Total loss this week is 4 pounds.. two I gained and two more. Total loss 131. In one pound I will have lost exactly half of myself.. thats so hard to believe. 264/133/135 but going for an addition ten pounds beyond my goal now.. Congrats on all your sucess this week.. remember success is not just loosing weight, but staying healthy, being alive and participating in live.. big hugs to all of you..

No problem Carla, I'm still off work for the Easter break so am all out of schedule. Start Weight - 266 This week - 180 Total loss - 86 Only 26 to go til I'm normal BMI Only 45 to go to my goal of 135

I shamefully admit I read the back posts for this thread and the last time I posted to it was March 9th!!!! I've too ashamed to post since. My weight then was 212.8, but I know I went back up to 219 since then. I believe last Friday I was at 216. Last week 216 This week 210 ----OMG this the weight on my Driver's License, I didn't even weigh that when I got them at age 16! Total This week = 6 pounds But I'm only giving myself 2.8 (because that's all I've really lost in a month's time). Total loss is now 122! Have a great weekend everyone. Mandy 332/210/155

Hi Mandy glad you posted today and well done on your loss this week - yes count it as 6 pounds that's great. I've been doing exactly the same as you over the past several weeks - only difference is that I've been only charting my lowest weight, not the higher amounts as I had no idea why it went up, I was doing all I should. It finally went down one from my lowest this week, so I'm hoping that it is the beginning of a downward trend again. Hopefully it will be for you too. This isn't only a post what you've lost thread, so please don't feel ashamed if you haven't lost. At leats if we know you haven't lost, or have gained, we can encourage you. Thats' what we are all here for - to help each otehr not be incompetition with each other. Those days of hiding what we weigh or eat should not exist here (even though I'm guilty of doing the same thing!!!!) Hugs to you

Good morning Well on Monday I was 311 as of this morning I am 305 total lose of 6 pounds in 5 days. Start 455 Monday 311 today 305 total loss 150 only 5 more pounds to go to be under 300. Lorraine
