I'm going "easy" tonight ... I got frozen french bread pizzas for the family and I got a Lean Cuisine frozen brick oven style pizza (garlic chicken) for me. My daughter is having "Family Fun Night" at school tonight so we have to rush and be out the door quickly. But, I got all the stuff to make your Carnitas burritos so I'll throw that in the crock pot tomorrow morning! Can't wait! Deanna

Yup, I kinda figured that's what it meant! Your children have a twisted sense of humor ... no wonder I find it so funny! Ha, ha! D

hmmm...I wonder where the boys get their sense of humour from??? Not hard to guess! I will never be able to look a cow in the eye again let alone eat beef stroking off!! Not good seeing as Millie has her own cow and father in law has a farm with 50 cows in Texas - yikes!!!!!!! hee hee

I'm going easy too tonight - fajita chicken Marinade strips of chicken in fajita or taco seasoning mix (I prefer taco) for a couple of hours (spinkle seasoning over chicken strips and toss till well covered & leave) Brown chicken in a skillet together with chopped bell peppers and mushrooms Serve with cheese melted on top I do without the tortilla wraps, family either have those or mexican rice This is one of my favourites!
