Was kind of dizzy yesterday and day before... when I stood up. I am drinking lots of water so I know I am not dehydrated. I may not be getting enough calories.. what do you all think.. I am not sure why I was having that problem the last 2 days.
Exercise- will be doing step areobics for one hour, elliptical for 40 minutes and some left over strenght training I ddnt get done on Tuesday. I am also due for my remecade infusion but I actually am not hurting as much as I usually do just before I get my treatment.. I must be getting stronger..
Goal- take time to smell the roses today.. It's a beautiful day in Cali and I wish I wasnt stuck at work.. Stay on track...
Fasting- well i have had no ice cream so I am proud of myself for that.. yesterday I caught myself looking at the ice cream section at the store and saw a new flavor.. I made myself walk away.. I was proud of myself.. yeah.
We are giving the CRCT (Georgia's standardized test) this week so our lunch schedule is off (11:15 instead of 10:25). I'm having a better week though.
I have been trying to get back to 212 (I hit 212 about 1 1/2 months ago). I've been fluctuating between and 215 and 219 for about 3-4 weeks now). I weighed yesterday and YAY I was 211. So I'm at an ALL TIME LOW of 211 pounds. I've lost 121 pounds now and feel great.
Today's food plan
B- 7:45 - 3/4 cup special k protein plus cereal and 8 oz milk (split between the cereal and my morning coffee)
L - 11:15 - baked kitchen, a couple bites of mashed potatoes, and a couple of bites of a blue berry muffin (forgot my lunch so i'm eating in the school lunchroom. Hey at least I'm choosing the baked chicken over the fried)
S - 2:00 - protein chips
S - 5:00 - protein blondie
D - 1/2 single serving frozen pizza w/ extra lf cheese (250 cals and about 15 g of protein and 19 carbs)
Projected totals 1000 calories, 79g protein, and 80g carbs
My goal for food right now is 1000 calories or less....70 g protein or more, and less than 100g carbs.
GOAL - Stick to the food plan!
Have a Thrilling Thursday!
Mandy
I think I was almost as giddy over that scale victory (getting below 212 after that 2 month struggle) as I was when I hit 100 pounds gone. Its amazing how such small things can be such HUGE victories!
Thanks so much for keeping this post going each day. Your determination, encouragement and devotion is so inpirational!!
Mandy
I've been back on track today thank goodness, although it's been a struggle so far. Hopefully I'll make it through to the evening
I have managed to stick to my fast and have not eaten any processed sugar. I've also not had any snacks except for a small handful of peanuts as my snacking was out of control too.
Fluids - doing great as I'm drinking when I want to eat (which is ALL the time )
Vitamins and water: working on it

S--Danon Light & Fit yogurt
L--1/2 ham and cheese sandwich, 1/2 banana
S--either a protein bar or Special K Protein Plus cereal
D--crustless quiche, strawberries
S--sugar free pudding cup and south beach cookies
Exercise:
Going to run 3 miles at the gym.
Fasting goal: No candy yesterday! Woo hoo! I even saw a ton of candy on sale at Target (after Easter 50% off sale). I was soooooo tempted to buy some but I didn't. I actually felt really empowered after that! No more candy today either. I can do this!!! You know how hard this is with the kids' Easter baskets around? Ugh!
Deanna
Way to go Deanna on not buying the Candy...it is just so tempting isn't it. But you won out and it will get easier each day. I can't remember the exact statistics but the more you do something the more you are creating a new habit and breaking the old habit. I'm sure someone out there will be able to give the details on that - I think it's ten times for an action to become habit or something like that. So only 10 more days to go and you've got yourself a wonderful new habit of not eating candy
