my doctor set a conservative goal for me that was attainable once I hit that goal, he set a newer attainable goal, I never hit that one but it kept it all 'attainable' if you are concerned that he will fuss at you, you may want to set an earlier appointment. be forwarned, there is some bounce back between now and 24 months post op. if you are happy were you are, be there and be happy.

at your height that is a perfect weight people just aren't used to seeing you thin so it's a distortion thing. Hold your head up high and own your new, thin self, don't listen to their negativity no one has a right to tell you how you look. Do they go up to heavy people and tell them they look fat? Hugs, ANDI

I think your are doing great! ! Sure wish I could say I was too thin!! As long as you feel good and know you look good I wouldn't worry about what other people have to say!

What is your BMI now? Is it still within normal range or below it? If it is in the normal range then don't listen to what people are saying. As has already been said - they are just not used to seeing you thinner (or maybe have a touch of the green eyed monster) I've just got into having an 'overweight' BMI and I've been told that I'm too skinny and not to lose anymore by people!! That is clearly NOT the case. If you are concerned, go see your doctor sooner so s/he can advise you

No way! You are 5'1" for crying out loud! Tell them to leave you alone. You'll know when you are ready to stop losing. I want that extra cushion of weight loss in case some comes back down the road. Hugs, Darlene
