Hi Ruth!
I am, was, and will always be a food addict too! At least we are more aware of it now and we certainly know we don't want to go back to the way we used to be, right? I ate more Easter candy than I should have all weekend and felt guilty about it. But, it's back on track for me. Tomorrow is a new day ... we can do it!!!

I just cant do chocolate.. crying .. but i guess it is a good thing.. I got some sugar free chocolate ice cream the other day... i tried 3 days to see if it wasnt the ice cream but everytime I ate it i just got sick to my stomach and felt like poo the rest of the night. I guess chocolate wont be in my future.. I can do coco at least.. yeah.. and I do dump on sugar so that isnt in my future either.. oh well
