help with pic

can anyone tell how to get my pic up i emailed it to obesity help about 2 months ago but they never put it up i am very slow with computers thanks

Do you have your picture in the correct size yet? If you do and it's saved on your computer it's easy to upload it. If it's not in 'avatar' size then the way I re-sized mine was to put it on the web site www.photobucket.com This web site gives easy instructions on how to put your pictures from your computer onto this web site. You will need to open an account -it's free. Choose the avatar size when you save it. Once you have the picture the right size it's easy to then upload it onto OH. The way I do it is to go to the main forum site. On the left hand side of the screen choose user settings. This will come up with where you change your avatar picture (the picture that comes up when you make a post) You then choose a picture from your computer files or from another web site (like photobucket.com). Once the file name is in the box click upload and it is done for you. let me know how you get on and ask again if you need more help.
