Goals
I have so many goals.
I am delighted that I have lost 164 pounds already and to have lost that much or more by a year out is awesome.
But, my goals are to exercise again now that I am having less problems with pain. I know that will help me with that dreaded skin.
Also, I need to have a normal bmi which is 140 something. Ugh....

Hi Neil!
You can be my running accountability buddy if you want! I have my first 5K race next Sunday, the 15th. I am scared speechless about it! I've been running on the treadmill at the gym and I can go for 3 miles if I about kill myself. My legs just get soooooo tired though and I sweat like a river! I haven't ventured outside to run yet though so I guess the race is the first time I'll be running outside. I'm a bit scared because the course takes you up and over a bridge so I'm sure my legs will get extra tired with the incline!
