Why is this week going sooooooo slow? Ugh! Vitamins and water: working on it Food: B--1 scrambled egg, 1 slice bacon, 1/2 slice whole wheat toast S--Danon Light & Fit yogurt L--leftover chicken enchilada "insides", 1/2 banana S--don't know yet, I'm getting bored thinking of protein snack ideas! D--leftover chicken enchilada "insides" S--sugar free pudding cup and south beach cookies Exercise: I already went to the gym and did 40 minutes on the elliptical going as fast as I possibly could! That is all I had the time for today so I wanted to burn as much as I could in that little amount of time. Better than nothing! I almost didn't go cuz I knew I had less than an hour to spend. But I'm glad I did it! Goal: I'm trying to get back into the habit of writing in my journal so my goal is to sit my butt down and do a little soul searching through journaling! Deanna

I have always wanted to do a journal but I have never done it. I feel like I cant start it cause I have already missed so much. I do track my food and exercise on sparkpeople but thats not the kind of journaling i would like to do.. someday maybe I will decide to start doing that. when I was younger I did and it was nice to just get things out each day... that sounds like a great goal for you to do today..

I journal and find it really helpful. Sometimes I put down what I and family have been doing, but I use it more to put down my feelings or when I'm trying to work something out I write it til it makes sense. My thoughts, my feelings, my emotions, they all go down. For me it's like I have a jumble of yarn in my head, and as I'm writing it down the yard is being pulled out and rolled into an organised ball. It's never too late to start journalling . I journal for my daughter. I use it as a way to tell her things, that she can read when she is older - how proud I am of her, things she has done, how much I love her, that kind of thing. I hope she likes it when she is older
