Pilates
Ok so I did it today. I went to a pilates class.. very intense but I did everything. I can sure tell my core needs work as I wobbled a lot and the key is to have it strong so u dont wobble. So Deanna.. your turn.. if you can do spin you can easily do this class. Let me know what you think. I liked it.. feels like u are really working on those important muscles that are in need of exercise that we often forget like the lower back, abs, butt and thighs.. have fun all.
