On Track Team
Hey all.. it's hump day and I am having a long a boring week at work so you all gotta entertain me with some post.. I have been working so hard and fast it feels weird that I have no cases to go to or do.... just sitting here thinking about how beautiful it is outside and wishing I wasnt here... So lets finish up the rest of the week on track..
Vitamins- done
Water- working on it
Food-
B- protein shake- 250 cal- 35 pro
S- Oatmeal- 150 cals-4 pro
L- Carne Asada meat with some cheese- 300 cals-30 pro
D- Chicken Cordone blu 300 cals- 30 pro
S- pretzels- 100 cals- 2 pro
totals- 1100 calories and 98 protein.
Exercise- actually gonna try a pilates class today. The lady at the gym said it would be good for me.. I am scared to death but thought I would give it a whirl. Also doing 40 minutes on elliptical and some strenght training if the pilates dont kill me.
Goal- I will not stress over what I eat today. I am gonna stick to my plan and let it go. I need to accept that I can eat more than 900 calories now and I wont die from it. 1100 calories is ok. I gotta start looking to the other side of the hill now and finding a zone I can be comfortable in. Lately eating more than the 900 calories has not been a problem..lol... its not eating a billion calories or at least it feels like that many.
Hi Carla! This week is going by SLOW! I guess it's because my son's 3rd birthday is on Saturday and we are taking him to the zoo on that day ... something fun like that to look forward to always makes the week seem to chug along so slowly. Then, of course, I love Easter on Sunday!

B--1 scrambled egg with cheese, 4 strawberries and 1/4 banana sliced and mixed together. Yum!
S--I had to quickly eat 1/2 a graham cracker square when my vitamin got stuck going down!
S--Danon Light & Fit yogurt
L--1/2 ham and cheese sandwich, 1/2 apple
S--3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus cereal with skim milk
D--chicken enchilada mixings are in the crockpot!
S after gym--sugar free pudding cup and south beach cookies

Spin class at the gym tonight!
Goal:
I'm finding some new races/runs to sign up for. I found that there is an Oregon Road Runners Club so I am trying to talk myself into joining! They have 12 different runs that they sponsor around my area each year. I figured if I sign up for more runs, then I will be more apt to keep training for them at the gym. It should help me stay motivated!
I went tanning yesterday for the second time and it felt heavenly. For 10 minutes I was actually WARM! Woo hoo! I've been cold for so long but lately it's way worse than every before. I'm absolutely freezing to the touch all the time and I feel like I'm almost quivering because I'm so cold. What is up with that???
