sabotage?

Do any of you May Babies ever find yourself sabotaging all the good you do with overeating? I have been doing this lately........I feel like I am pms-ing and Im sure I am because my cycle isnt regular anymore - skipped March altogether....anyway, I have eaten carbs and now I crave them all the time. And I have been dumping on SF fudgsicles fro Schwans. I am LOSING it! Having a really bad week~ Kathryn 342/210/180

I am kindof feeling the same way right now.. I hit that 135 mark.. the nut said increase carbs and calories.. I feel like I am eating all the time and now I want to eat more..just posted about the munchie thing. I dont know whats going on the last two days.. just feel like i want to eat something.. i hate feeling this way.. i am locking myself to a chair so I cant get to the food.. thats what I need to do..hehehehe

Good to know Im not the ONLY one who wishes she could take the pantry and fridge away because I lack self control. Its been bad for me the past couple of days but I keep telling myself I will get my motivation back soon...... I just may need to lock myself into a chair until then

Hi Kathryn! I'm PMSing right now REALLY bad and all I want to do is shove food into my mouth! It seems like when I'm PMSing that I get ravenous and I never feel satisfied. Ugh! I've been struggling with Easter candy really bad ... I certainly don't need it but I WANT IT! Deanna

Hey Deanna, I like how you phrased that "I never feel satisfied"...that is exactly what Im feeling and I keep searching the fridge and I know theres nothing in there to make me feel better but I still keep doing it! I think I will coin this PMS ( Practically Mental and Stupid) hee hee

Hi Kathryn! I think that's our bodies way of saying either you send down carbs on a regular basis or i'm making things harsh for you! I eat a handful or pretzels before I go to bed and for some reason that seems to have quieted the insomnia, protein doesn't do that for me, but 5-6 mini pretzels do .. how ODD! I enjoy the Blue Bunny Brand of sugar free popsicles and i find that my kids are enjoying them as well. You are doing just fine h oney, this isn't a race to the end you must enjoy the scenery along the way or you'll forget from where you came! Don't start obsessing about the small things, it didnt' take you 1 year to get morbidly obese it might not take you one yaer to reach your goal, you'll be ok., we all will! ANDI

Me too I am under so much stress getting a business started and my shop ready and things made... and traveling ... all I want to do is eat!..... I am keeping healthy stuff, but jeezze do I want to snack!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I don't have anything to PMS ...LOL (they took it out 15years ago) still I feal like I am..LOL

Hi Kathryn - I'm right there with you - I've been eating a lot of Doritos lately. Not good. I've also been eating donuts occasionally. I am pmsing also. I'm glad I'm not the only one! Heather
