Well our on track people keep disappearing so I'm not sure if this post is necessary anymore but it does help me stay on track so here it is. Vitamins- done Water- working on it Food B- protein shake S- oatmeal and banana L- chicken salad D- Chicken with salad S- sf ice cream Exercise- 40 on elliptical and 1 hour step areobics. Goal- gotta go to LA again today so my goal is to stay on track... drive safe and have a good day. The family I am meeting doesn't speak English so it makes it harder to help them with follow through.. Have to get an interpreter for each meeting.

vitamins: done fluids: 8 ounces coffee, 20 ounces crystal light thus far Breakfast: 4ounce tilapia filet with my cabbage dish - 21 g protein Snack: protein drink - 20 g protein Lunch: at my moms Dinner: huge passover seder at my moms snack: not sure if i'll need one Goal: survive this holiday with my sanity intact and see what happens afterwards.

wooohooo sanity is still in tact! Fluids are in and dinner was a rousing success even though i did have two sugar free mini cakes instead of hte one that i planned on. Some days foods are just too tempting so you need to relax and have another sf cake and i did and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Don't you dare take this post away! I need it!!!!! Hee, hee! Vitamins and water: working on it Food: B--1/2 slice whole wheat toast, scrambled egg, 3 very small strawberries L--1/2 ham and cheese sandwich, 1/2 apple S--Danon Light & Fit yogurt D--taco salad S--pudding cup and south beach cookies Exercise: I'm going to the gym to tan this morning! I am SOOOOO excited to get warmed up for 10 whole minutes! Ha, ha! After that I plan to do my full plan of strength training exercises and then do a steep incline walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes ... I'm working on my saggy gluteus maximus! Goal: Step away from the Oreos ... my husband RUDELY brought a package of Oreos into the house and I ate 4 of them yesterday! All in a row too and no ill-effects. Shame on me!!! I felt horribly remorseful so today I put them in a bag and sent them to work with my hubbie. And I'm going to clean my cupboards out again and shop for some healthy snacks. Deanna

i just try the Danon light and fit yogurt.. i am not a yogurt eater but that stuff is good.. yummy.. could be a new addiction.. at least its good for u..lol..

Food: (lets see, I'm not a planner) B: Starbucks sf, ff, cinnamon dolce latte S: none L: thinking thin crust wheat pizza S: none D: Sushi Exercise: YES, training tonight, cardio, weights, circuit, stretching Goal: To get all my water in....to not snack...to sweat my $%^ off a the gym!
