On Track Team
Well it's friday. Not sure where everyone has gone. Are we all still out there.. let me hear from you..
Vitamins- done
Water- working on it
Food-
B- protein drink
S- banana
L- chicken
D- pork chops and veggies
S- pretzels
1000 cals and 98 protein
Exercise- working out with trainer and 40 on ellipitcal.
Goal- to stay on track...
Getting ready to see in law's in Mass, they have not seen me since 1 mth after surgery....then back to NJ on Sunday night and home (FL)Monday afternoon... then get my store ready and try and open in a week...LOL
I have been stress eating all week, but tried to sat healthy (most of the time)..
the funny thing is this week tracking my water. We have a water dispenser and it holds a 5 gallon jug... This is where I get all my water from (I mix with crystal light) well I have drank the entire jug... DH and my son drink diet soda all day, so Its been am interesting way to track things....
So far I had some gumbo w/o rice and no idea about the rest of the day.
