QOTD

Well you know my co-worker is coming back today so I have annoying people on the brain so the question today is. What is the most annoying quality in a person to you? I would have to say it is a person who is fake or acts like the are better than they are. This is my co-worker. She is always saying she is so religious, but lies contstantly and says she never does. she is lazy and just straight up says she wont do things. I end up doing the bulk of the work because I wont argue or go to my boss. I'm just to easy going. One day on the way to a 5 hour training she actually said. I have no intention on talking today so you're on your own. we were both suppose to do it. she wasnt kidding either.. she went but left the building and came back after the training was over. thats wrong. than I cant trust her. she tells everything you say to her to the boss but never gives up info herself. she is two faced and a back stabber and does it all while saying how sweet, kind, innocent and religious she is. My moma always said dont throw stones if you live in a glass house. someday someone is gonna break those pretenious windows she hides behind. Whoo.. i feel better now.. thanks for listening.

The fact that you shoulder the burden of responsibility wthout going to your boss or confronting this woman doesn't mean you're easy going it means you're an enabler, don't get caught up in that she makes the same salary you do, let her shoulder her portion of the burden. The most annoying quality in a person i work with is constant talking, if you are doing too much talking then you're not doing enough listening and that's just wrong. ANDI
