On Track Team
Well it's my friday... yeah...will be glad when the week is done.. My partner who has been off for the last 3 months is coming back today. we have one of those.. well.. professional with a pretend friendship relationships.. dont really care for her, but gotta work with her type thing. So this should be interesting. So lets get on track and not loose sight of the goal at the end of our journey.

S- banana 100 cals- 4 pro
L- Chicken with cheese 200 cals 30 pro
D- asada meat with cheese, sour cream and gucamole-- yummy-- 300 cals 30 pro
S- pretzels 100 cals 2 pro
totals 950 cals for the day and 101 protein
exercise- 40 on eliptical and step class estimated calories burned 1000.
Goal- to be nice to my co-worker.. not that I am not always nice but it is a strained thing between us. She is one of those.. I am perfect people and you cant trust her.. likes going to the union, threatened by boss with sexual harrassment when she was the one joking about sex kind of people.. never know what she may do types. See I am smiling...
