On Track Team
Well it's hump day. How u all doing. are we staying on track. I am still trying to adjust to this increase in calories.. I dont like it much cause it is taking me out of my comfort zone. I tried some peanut butter yesterday.. it was good but I stressed about it all day thinking I would gain a pound. My mind is not a good place sometimes. Than I didnt make it to the gym like i planned and worried how would I burn those calories off.. gee.. Carla needs to get a gripe of herself. So here I am hump day. gonna see how this day pans out.

B- Protein shake 250 cals- 35 pro
S- oatmeal 150 cal- 4 pro
L- chicken 150 cals 30 pro
S- south beach cookies 100 cals- 2 pro
D- carne asada burrito no torrilla 300 cals 25 pro
S- fruit 100 cals 2 pro
1050 calories and 99 protein
Exercise- working out with my trainer for an hour today. she has a new program she wants to show me. its all core strenght training.. should be interesting.. she said it kicked her but. I dont get tired anymore from the 30 minute workouts so she is trying to get me to move to 1 hour workouts... also plan to do 40 minutes on elliptical to make up for missing yesterday.
Goal- to not worry about the calorie thing so much. I know i am doing good and stressing over silly things isnt helping me. Enjoy the great new me I have and learn to love who I am.
B - 7:45 - Special K Protein Plus Cereal w/ 6 oz milk (190 cal and 16g of protein)
L - 10:30 - Salmon (2.8 oz) w/ 1 tblspoon lite mayo, 1 pack ritz 100 cal crackers and 1 Dole Peaches cup (295 cal and 16g protein)
S - Not sure probably protein chips (100 cal and 7g protein)
D - Leftovers from Red Lobster again
I didn't get the protein bullet in last night...so hopefully tonight.

L--not sure...I'm going to a friend's house and she is making lunch. I'm going to bring a protein bar with me just in case!
S--probably a protein bar
D--steak, green beans
S after gym--pudding cup and south beach cookies

Goal:
I'm trying to increase my water intake. And stay away from Easter candy! I cannot wait for Easter to be over with! That candy is calling me!!!
