Well here we go again.. at least Monday is out of the way. Mondays are never any fun at work. Going to be raining I hear here in Cali so I am freezing.. go figure.. hope you all are having a great day. Vitamins- done Water- hoping to do better than I have the last few days.. been hard getting it all in Food- B- protein shake 250 cals- 35 pro S- oatmeal 150 cals 4 pro L- chicken with cheese 250 cals- 30 pro S- banana- 90 cal- 1 pro D- Tri tip and veggies 300 cals- 30 pro S- fruit 100 cals- 2 pro Exercise- 45 on elliptical and step class tonight. extimated calories burned 900. Goal- make some better snack choices. Although the calories are right I think I could make some better choices. pretzels and cookies.. love them but no real nutrional value to them.. gonna try an apple tonight.

Good Morning Carla; today I will be cleaning(YUCK) and painting (YUCK)...LOL B = I actually ate today a few bites of egg with ham and cheese L =I think leftover salad from last night (it has eggs and ham) D= meatballs and cheese S=? no idea

Hi Carla! You should try an apple with some peanut butter on it for a snack ... that is one of my favorites lately! Yum! Water and vitamins: working on it, I need to get my water in with my stomach problems the last few days ... I really need it! Food: B--1/2 an english muffin with peanut butter S--Danon Light & Fit yogurt L--will try 1/2 ham and cheese sandwich, 1/2 apple S--protein bar D--meatloaf made with ground turkey Exercise: I'm going to tan at the gym today! Woo hoo! Then I will do some strength training and the elliptical for 30-45 minutes. Goal: I am having majorly weird stomach issues since Sunday. Not to mention the horrible diarrhea I get after eating anything! Last night I went grocery shopping and they were cooking fried chicken in the hot deli and I kept gagging because it smelled so bad to me. The thought of food just makes my stomach turn right now! Which, is kind of nice in a way! But, I'm not getting very much in so today I'm hoping to get my projected menu for the day down! And I desperately need to get all my water in because I haven't gotten all that down the last couple days either. Ugh! Deanna

Vitamins - ok exercise - have to pick my nephew up today...I HAVE to do better in this department. Food B - 7:45 - 10 ozCoffee w/ 2 oz of 2% milk and 2 splenda (30 cal and 2g protein) L - 10:30 - South Beach Diet Chicken Caesar Wraps (200 cal and 22g of protein) S - 1:15 - Revival Protein Chips (bariatriceating.com) (105 cal and 7g protein) This is only 335 calories and 31g of protein. I should have plenty of calories left for the leftovers I'm planning and a protein bullet. D - Left over crab alfredo (mostly meat and sauce will eat very little of the noodles) and shrimp scampi from red lobster disaster Sunday Before Bed - Protein Bullet 42g protein --I'm trying upping my protein to see if that helps with the weightloss. I've been getting between 50 and 60 and I know that really is just not enough. Mandy

Hi, I was wondering how those protein bullets are. I have seen them advertised and like the fact that they pack so much protein in so little volume. I work nights so sometimes I eat a lot and others not so much. Here is what I have had today: B= 2 egg omlette with cheddar cheese S= pretzels D= grilled asian chicken salad (Mc Donalds) 31 grams of protein a few french fries and a taste or two of my son's Mc Flurry (too much ice cream makes me feel weird) S=pretzels S=granola bar. I did good with water and vitamins but bad with the snacks. I really did think about some cottage cheese and fruit but chose the pretzels instead, I know, bad move. I will try to do better tomorrow. I am also trying to up the protein to boost the weight loss, it has been very slow the past few months. I walked five miles around the local resevior. I was soooo hungry after that, I miss that hunger sometimes!
