Going to grandma's today so going to get my riding on.. doing a bbq there so that should be nice.. hope you all have a great weekend. Vitamins- done Water- working on it Food B- egg and sausage 250 S- none L- tri tip and veggies 300 cals S- cookies 100 cals D- chicken in salad S- pretzels Exercise- horse back riding Goal- no extra snacking

Slept late woke up just in time to get ready and make it to church, so no breakfast besides a few ounces of milk. (which for some reason total tore up my stomach). Lunch was a local mexican restaurant. I had one flour tortilla with pollo con quesa and beans inside. Went to savannah shopping (so much fun to try on soooo many clothes). Red Lobster for dinner. I totally screwed up here. I ate 2-3 bites of my salad and 2 small bites of the cheese biscuit. Then the stomach cramps started. Since gallbladder removal lettuce i**** and miss. Well last night was a miss night. I didn't touch a bite of my plate and I spent 20 minutes in the bathroom w/ horrible cramps and diarrhea and trying not to throw up. Moral of the story: Stick to the rules PROTEIN FIRST!!!!!!!!!! So I brought home my grilled shrimp and crab alfredo for later in the week. Mandy
