On Track Team
Well its friday and the weekend is upon us so lets stay on track and have a good one.

S- Fruit- 150 cals- 4 pro
L- chicken 200 cal- 30 pro
S- South beach cookies- 100 cals- 2 pro
D- Meat and veggies 300 cals- 30 pro
S- pretzels 100 cals- 2 pro
totals 1100 cals and 103 protein
Exercise- elliptical for 40 minutes and work out with trainner for 1 hour.. than my friend wants me to work out with her today.. estimated calories burned 800.
Goal- my friend took the day off and we are gonna do some stuff together.. have lunch.. shop.. I want to have a nice enjoyable day with her. No extra snacking..

B-7:30 - 1/2 cup cheese grits and one slice toast (212 cal and 8g protein) NO NO!
L-10:30- Lean Pocket w/ some mandarin oranges (370 cal and 15 g protein)
S-1:30 - Protein Delite Vanilla Chip Blondie (bariatric eating) (190 cal and 15g protein) Never had one so I'll let ya know how it is).
D- Not sure yet. Probably going out with family but I'll follow my rules: No drinking with meal and protein first.
PRE B: 3 bites of cream cheese danish thingy
B: protein shake 26 gr 250cal
L: leancusine potabello beef tips 15 gr 180 cal
S: 7 cheese cubes 7 gr 110cal
D: share some salmon with hubby 250
It seems since I 've been eating moore the lbs are coming off quicker or maybe it's the stripper aerobics

Deanna , No I sure don't go to a class, well not yet anyways. I bought the dvd at walmart it's called "fit to strip" by carmen electra I do it on my lunch hour in one of our back office or I do it in the garage at home. My husband loves it as well he calls me HOT HOLLYWOOD HEATHER and around the kids it's tripple H
