To Dum*****t to dump??
I'll probably be flamed about this too but I never actually dump either. I can eat just about anything sweet and the worst I get is feeling tired or sluggish. I don't get any of the symptoms I've read so many others talk about. This is really bad but this week I was out of town on vacation and really was bad. I had chocolate cake and brownies and ice cream and way too much bad stuff and never had any problems at all. Never even felt sluggish. This is bad. I've been able to eat sweets all along but I do keep it as moderate as possible. I wish I did dump to help me stay on track!!!
Yeah - exactly!! Sweets are not problem but some fried foods do make me sick to my stomach! Last night I bought a Wendy's burger and I got nauseous after one bite and had to throw it away. I can eat fries with no problem so I don't know what causes that. Too bad it's not all fried foods that do that to help me stay on track.
