I'm fighting my scales this week!! One day up and then the next day down!! We go to New York for the weekend next week and I was hoping to at LEAST get in the 180's! I'd even settle for 189 right now!
But anyway I am at 192 a total loss of 87 pounds and have a personal goal of at least 145!! Hope I make it..I know I'm the one that knows what to do about it!!!

That would be so great! We are going on a bus tour with the Eagles club here in PC. They go to visit with another Eagles club every year,it was our first year last year..had a blast!!
We are going to Niagara Falls super 8 and staying for 2 nights,going to the casino to gamble on Saturday and hopefully this year see the Falls then home on Sunday!!

Hey all... well i dropped 4 last week went back up and finally got back to the same number today so I lost nothing but at least the scale didnt move up

Hi,
I am new to this group but have logged on several times to see where all my fellow May '06 people are with their weights. I would like to share my progress with you.
I started out at 263 and I weigh 172 today for a total loss of 91lbs to date. I would like to get down to 150, at least. So that means I have 22lbs to go. It has been very slow the past few months, but it is still coming off, so that is a good thing. It seems like I am kind of on track with everyone else here, so that is good to know as well. Thanks for letting me share.
