QOTD
What is the one thing you would like to do today that would improve your life, your job, or your goal to continued weight loss success?
1. As far as my life I would like to look at the world in a positive manner. Find the great qualities I have and learn to use them to bring myself up each day instead of worrying about what could go wrong today. I am currently reading a couple self help books to help me meet this goal.
2. work goal is to start the video training programs I have been talking about to give to parents and facilities who need help.
3. I started yesterday.. I am gonna continue to toss out bad foods to reduce opportunities to eat wrong foods. I am gonna do self checks of things I think and determine if the thought in my head is appropriate or one that is just a myth and counterproductive to improving my thoughts, self concept and diet.
