Hello all and good thursday to you. Well this adding more calorie thing is kind of tough for me. I actually didnt feel so great last night after I ate dinner. I think I ate to much and adding that snack makes me feel so full all day. I guess it will take some time getting use to it. The one thing I see is I am not looking for a nibble thing close to dinner time so thats a good thing. As you all know I've been reading Dr. Phils book and he said that I needed to clear out all my junk food so I am not tempted to eat so yesterday I threw away a bunch of stuff including those hard candies I've been nibbling on. So I do feel good about that. Here we go. Vitamins- done Water- working on it.. will be working on getting more in.. thanks Andi for that info Food- B- protein shake- 250 cals 35 pro S- oatmeal - 150 cals 7 pro L- chicken breast with some cheese 250 cals 30 pro S- South Beach cookies 100 cals- 1 pro D- Chicken breast and veggie and sf ice cream- 350 cals- 28 pro S- Pretzels 100 cal- 4 pro 1150 calories- 115 protein. I still need to figure out the carb thing. Exercise- step class, eliptical and strenght training tonight.. estimated calories burned 750. Goal- Enjoy another day without the boss.. will probably go home early and relax on my couch there.. I love when he goes on vacation. Not that he is a hard nose but he does insist we remain at work during work hours even when we dont have anything to do.. go figure..lol

Well I am in hyper stress mode getting things ready for my trip next week and my new store... But here goes B= protein coffee S= 2 cheese packets and 1 bg of protein chips L= prob nothing due to big snack D= left over chili Exercise, don't know, have to get to my store and put up signs, get my nails done, pack, get to the pet store for my fish, clean the kitchen , make jewelry.... Does stress count...LOL

Well I did NOT even have time to get online at all yesterday. So I'm gonna post what I had. B - 8:00 - cheese stick with 100 calorie wheat thin pack (200 cal and 9g of protein) L- 12:30 - led a staff develop meeting so my schedule was off- Almost all of a Stouffer's South western panini (280 cal and 16g protein) D - 6:45 - Went out to eat with faculty and staff of our school dressed as Men In Black (so much fun) to support the Superintendent and other school board staff in their waiter/waitressing attempts to raise money for relay for life!!! I had about 3 broiled scallops and a few fries (100 cal and 9g protein) D2 - 8:45 - 1/2 of leftover 6 inch sub and a few sunchips (I just didn't eat much at dinner..tooooo greasy so I was hungry when I got home) (410 cals and 21g protein) A little over on calories but I'm satisfied with the day. 1286 calories 96 g carbs 61g protein Mandy
