On Track Team
It's hump day and the boss is away so that means this mice is gonna play even though I got a ton of work to do. Not that I dont play all the time but I really play when he is gone..lol..so lets get it started..
Vitamins- forgot this morning but will get them when I get home.
Water- working on it
Food-
B- protein shake -250 cals-35 pro
L- chicken- 200 cals 23 pro
D- Roast beef with veggies - cals 300 pro 24
S- south beach cookies.. tried these yesterday yummy 100 cals 1 pro
S- pretzels 100 cals 2 pro
S- oatmeal 120 cals 7 pro
total 1070 calories and 92 protein.
Exercise- meeting with trainer today and elliptical for 40 minutes
Goal- trying to add another snack each day for 6 small meals.. those cookies were pretty good.. now I will be eating at 5-8-12-3-6-8. We will see how that will go.. opps there goes my compulsions again. I do it by time cause i still dont get hungry but know i need to eat. Well I get hungry I think or is it just head hunger. I can go all day without eating if I have other things going on and don****ch the clock.

That is pretty much the same schedule I keep for eating too. The nice thing is that they tell you by eating more frequent, small meals that your metabolism works better. I just love those South Beach cookies ... the oatmeal chocolate chip are the best. The peanut butter ones aren't near as good!

L--1/2 ham and cheese sandwich, 1/2 apple
S--protein bar or Fiber One bar
D--leftover lasagna made with whole wheat noodles and ground turkey, salad
S--sugar free pudding and south beach cookies
Exercise:
Going to gym today to run, run, run!
Goal:
I'm going to be brave and set up an appointment to use the tanning bed at the gym. My legs are SCARY white! I don't know why I have to force myself to do this ... I guess because it's something out of the ordinary for me! I think it will feel good to warm up in a tanning bed though ... I'm so freezing cold lately!

ok i just got vitamins in now, but at least i got them in, it's 10:30pm here
Breakfast: steamed chicken and broccoli, garlic sauce on the side
Snack: two small iced decaf coffee's
Lunch: small hot and sour soup and 8 milk duds (stress, it WILL kill you)
Snack: 2 small iced decaf coffee's
Dinner: 2 small iced decaf coffee's (notice a pattern)
Snack: 2 cheese sticks (what am i noah, what's with the 2x2x2x2?)
Snack 2: 2 small decaf iced coffee's
i'm done and i'm going to try and sleep but i'm telling you i'm jittery! How come no one counts really good sex as exercise?
