I dont usually use lotions cause i need the b rays the bed gives me. There are some good ones out there though. It kind of depends on your skin type. I have a dark completion so i can get away with a little more of a deeper tanning lotion. If you are light skinned you will need something that has more protection in it so you dont burn. Check the one u are using it may have to much protection in it and you arent getting the desired outcome of your bed. I never have understood why you would put on a sun screen and go into a tanning bed.. it kind of defeats the purpose of the bed.

Thanks Carla , I have medium skin and tan easily. My lotion does'nt have a "screen" in it ,the one I use has a tripple bronzer. Maybe I should try out one of the high tingle ones Heather

Heather, Watch out for those "tingle" lotions. "Tingle" is code for "make you feel like someone rubbed hot sauce all over you! Ouch!!! At least that was my experience. To tell you the truth, I don't use a lotion in the beds anymore & right now I am very dark. I always skeep my skin moisturized, but I don't see the need to spend an arm & a leg on those expensive lotions. I just pay a little more to go to the better super mega beds. Hugs, Darlene

If you use a lotion get one with a brozer in it. it will help you tan and help keep your tan..Also make sure it is for anti-aging as well Dawn
