On Track Team
Tuesday is another day. Go an appointment with my nut but it can be very confusing. she has never worked with wls patients and the first time i saw her she had no answers for me. She said just do what the doc said cause I really dont know.. i will read up on it so the next time we meet I will have more answers.. Did she read up on it.. i doubt it.. well... I guess I will see what she has to say.

D- chicken in a salad- 250 cals 23 pro

exercise- step areobics today.
goal- to get rid of the hidden snacks I got around the house. I have some sf hard candy that I have been dipping into and it needs to stop. So it is leaving the house today...
I had a bad day yesterday. But I went to the grocery store to buy some better snack choices (100 cal packs, cheese sticks, etc)
My goals 1000 cals 60g protein
Planned for today
B - 7:45 -Atkins Protein Bar - (240 cal and 19g protein)
L - 10:30 - Lean Pocket Chicken Quesadilla (280 cal and 14 protein)
S - 1:30 - 100 Calorie Goldfish pretzel snack (100 cal and 2g protein) much better choice than reese's cups or cheese crackers
D - 4:30 - PTO tonight so my schedule will be off - planning 1/2 of a 6 inch chicken bacon ranch sub from subway (270 cal and 19g protein)
This puts me at 911 cal
95 carbs
53 g of protein
I know I'll be eating something else before bedtime because there is just no way to make it from 4:30 until 11:00ish.....I'm thinking maybe a sugar free jello or maybe a cheese stick or maybe just a glass of milk.

B--3/4 Special K Protein Plus cereal with skim milk and a few raisins
S--Danon Light & Fit yogurt
L--1/2 a ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat, 1/2 apple
S--not sure yet, probably a protein bar
D--lasagna made with whole wheat noodles and ground turkey, salad
S--not sure yet, probably south beach cookies! Yum!
Exercise:
I didn't make it to the gym today because my son is sick with ANOTHER cold! I might just do some floor exercises at home on my own.
Goal:
Have a talk with my husband about bring junk into the house. I'm sick of it! I can't stand to have anything around here or I'm tempted to eat it. I just want all the junk out of the house!
