I'm getting lazy
I am getting lazy...I am only 8lbs away from goal and I find myself saying things like "I can have that"..."If I stayed this size it would not be the end of the world"...and many others. I think I am starting to believe all the good stuff people are saying about how far I have come and how good I look...
What am I thinking? I can't believe I have come so far I am about to make excuses and not work as hard as I have been. Also, last week was the first week in 8 months that I missed one of my 3 personal training appts. for the week. I am paying dearly for this and can't believe I just "hung myself in the closet" this weekend and did nothing! Well it showed up on the scale...I have gained 3lbs...YIKES. Remember, I have lost something EVERY SINGLE WEEK since surgery so this is MAJOR for me.
I need to stop listening to everyone and move forward on what I know is best. I think that I am afraid to get to goal...then what will I obsess over? Truly, this journey is an obsession for me...
Someone, please tell me to get my #$% in gear!
*SIGH* it's always Andi who's gotta play the b*tch he he he thankfully i'm fine with that! OK TRISH cut your nonsense, you haven't come this far this fast so that you can sit on your now tiny duff and flounder it all away! Get your cooly in gear and start moving, you can find something to obsess about when you get your caboose to the station. If you need more harsh words just tell me ok? Hugs, ANDI
oh man.. now I have that song in my head... wigging the butt to the left and the right...

I used to be the pig, now I am the dog!!!
HEY.. CUT THAT OUT... get ur butt up and get moving. We all know this is hard but you cant let it win.. so get to the gym, watch those carbs and when you get to the station (as andi says) than you can look again.. and start all over exercising and maintaining that wonderful body you've worked so hard for.
Dr. Phil actually has a section in his book (seven steps to successful weight loss) about self sabatoging ones self when you are near or at goal. you may want to look at that.. it was pretty interesting.
