On Track Team.. where are u
Well where are all my on track people. Surely we are staying on track on the weekends as well so get up and sign in.. you all know what you need to do..

B- egg with gravey and 2 pieces of bacon- cals 250 pro 15
L- chicken 150 pro 24
L- steak and veggies cals 300 pro 23
S- preztels and icecream...-250 cals 5 pro
totals 950 cals and 67.. low in all areas. hmm.. may drink a protein drink to get it up to where i need to be. trying to get use to this 1200 cal diet is tough..
exercise... going swimming today with the family, doing gardening and bbq with friend.. that should be enough exercise. gonna check out and exercise video this morning and do that too.. so I should be good.
Goal- to go the the pharmacy and pick up my prescriptions.. i havent taken my medicine in 4 days.. i am a bad girl..

I'm on track sort of, the vitamins are in, the liquid is coming and i'm eating alot of protein. The challenge is that i'm eating alot, i'm very hungry today actually i'm really cold and i keep hoping the protein will warm me internally but i'm not sure it's working that way. Hugs, aNDI
i think human instinct is to eat more when we are cold.. it insulates us.. thats why during the winter we tend to not loose weight. our body keeps it to help us stay warm. I know I am not bad.. i just procrastanate way to much.. i need to go get my stuff so I dont kill the kids.. Prozac and I have had a long relationship and I know what happens when I dont take it.. trust me.. it's not pretty.. Jeckyl and hyde i tell you..

Goal: To undo the damage I did earlier this weekend...happy hour on Friday, St. Patrick's Day party last night..need I say more. I don't eat ALOT i just eat the wrong things!

I'm not on track at all today...carb & sugar fest galore
It started last night - we got a movie out, and I foolishly asked Ron to get some maltesers (like malted milk balls). Now, I didn't eat as many as I used to, but I ate enough. Of course, didn't dump as such, but they did make me sleep during the movie!
Then today, I had some delicious potatoes for lunch (thinly sliced, mixed with chopped leeks season with salt. Pour on heavy cream and mix together. Bake in the oven til cooked or in the microwave...yummmmmmmmmy) and ate too much and then again had a couple of bite size pieces of chocolate.
So it's back on track tomorrow for me. Must also get back to drinking enough water again as that's been slipping the last few days.
I'm hoping the extra will kick start my body into losing again - give it a shock of food after being on such low calories for ages
actually I will be comming next week... it might be my last trip as we are selling the place (DH got a new job)... I have the car on Monday the 26th and Wed the 28th we have to go to Mass part of the time to see my inlaws...LOL (what fun) and I took my car to Fl (se we are down to 1).... BTW: I get lost in NJ so we have to meet in a place I can find...LOL I live in Hopewell... I can bring some of my jewelry for you to look at.
