OMG.. now its time to try and figure out how to hide all this extra skin in a swim suit. It just doesnt work.... I have tried on a dozen suits so far.. i did get some board shorts.. thats one way to hide it.. now i just gotta pick out some tops that will work with them.. but man.. this is work shopping for a swim suit. how is everyone else doing in this area.... I am a lurker here- not a regular but I have to chime in on this because I just lived this issue! I live in MINNESOTA- our two feet of snow is just melting.... BUT I am going to Florida in less than a week so, I spent at least 12 hours last weekend trying on swimsuits- probably about 50 of them. I had big red welts and now brusies all over my body from pulling them off and on. I have come to a few conclusions that I would like to share. I now offically refer to my breasts as "meat sacks". A halter top is not happening...you get the old sacks tucked in the front...then they pooch out the side. Also, I don't think my bony neck can hold the sacks up for an entire day at the beach...without assistance- I would become a hunch back! A one piece makes our bodies look worse...no bulge is forgotten..no matter if it is a miracle suit or not! Ripple, here, ripple there, ripple everywhere! I usually wear a size 8-10 pants and medium tops. I had to buy a size 12, so I think that you have to be ready to get at least one size bigger than you think you need. I found the perfect suit at Kohls, the bottoms are black shorts, with a panel & buckel in the front that make it s "skort" I didn't think I had much of a belly until I tried on suits- this hides the bulge and the elephant skin on the inner tighs. The top has straps that criss-cross in the back...holding the meat sacks up nicely and there is a bra inside that has some padding to keep them from sneaking out to see the sun. Now I am hoping that I don't get booed off my chaise lounge chair the first day when people get a look at my blinding white legs!!! EEEkkk- I think that summer is going to be much more difficult for me than winter was. Good Luck!!

glad to see you coming out of the lurking closet there.. Yes I am on my way to Kohl's now in hopes of finding something. I live for the sun but I tell you the belly rolls and meat thighs are not gonna make it an easy life this year. I will be wearing board shorts to hide as much as i can.. its a good thing they are in style..lol.. Now.. the top.. you all are so lucky.. i have no boos.. they went bye bye. I didnt have a lot to begin with so I dont have the roll up problem.. i just got none.. if i lay down.. i look as flat as a board.. hey wait.. if i stand up I look as flat as a board.. I need padding just so someone will think I am a girl.. now thats bad. Seems Kohl's is the happening place for swim wear.. gonna go and see what I can do.

Ok, so i have to ask, is your suit black on the bottom with green/blue/black stripes on top because i think we bought the same suit. Works for me, the "girls" aren't on the greeting committee and that's what i want. ANDI

I spend many many weeks a year at a motel with a pool, so I have already lived this. I ended up getting a one piece, for obvious reasons, and then I put a 2x mesh shirt over it for camoflauge. what I plan to do this spring is one of those spandex inner layer and regular suit outer layer. http://tinyurl.com/2do5a2

So I went to Kohl's and i got a nike swim suit. a two piece... yes I got a two piece. its black, white and a green/blue color. I got the little top and i bought the large cover all top. it has some support in it so I figure it will keep my none girls in place. I need to get some girls soon..lol... this is driving me nuts. I also got some board shorts to go over my baggy skin. they are black and I found one that has all the colors of my suit in them so I have two different ones. I had to buy a larger size bathing suit as well. I could wear the smaller one but it doesnt look good so I got a bigger size just to cover everything up a little better.. So that adventure is over.. Oh.. i bought a really cute suit from this surf shop as well.. cost way to much money but I love the suit (two piece) and it has board shorts that look great with them. board shorts are the answer here to covering up the saggy skin..lol You know no one will ever see the suits cuase i will have a shirt over them, but its the thought that counts.

Hey ANDI: We do have the same swim suit!! I think I am gonna make a call to the Kohl's marketing department and tell them to advertise the suit as a Post WLS miracle suit....they could increase the price!! Now when we go to the beach, on a cruise, on vacation....we can just look for the women in our suit and we will check'em out to see if they could be a WLS sister! Cool!
